The “My Healthy School Project” is a planned three-year cross border project in northern Kenya and southern Ethiopia to be handed in to the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ PT) by mid-March 2025. The project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of school going children using the One Health approach in primary and secondary schools within Marsabit County in Kenya and Dire Woreda in Ethiopia. The project will target mapped out schools in the two regions through various tailored initiatives that will broadly focus on strengthening the local available structure on Health, WASH, Nutrition and Climate Change\Environment.
